    From there, we’ll arrange an initial conversation so I can understand your property’s character, its potential, and the story it’s ready to tell next.

  • I’ll walk through the space to get a true feel for its scale, flow and strengths. This helps me understand what buyers will experience and how to style each room to create warmth, clarity and connection.

    If you would like to conduct an initial walkthrough virtually we can arrange a suitable time.

  • You’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining:

    • The recommended staging direction

    • The lifestyle-led look and feel

    • Suggested furniture and styling approach

    • Your personalised fee (based on property size)

    This is your roadmap for preparing your home for its next chapter.

  • I’ll take care of everything behind the scenes; sourcing the furniture, organising delivery, assembling pieces and styling every room with intention. Each space is designed to feel inviting, balanced and ready for buyers to imagine as their own.

  • Once styled, your home is ready for marketing photos, brochures and viewings. The goal is to create strong first impressions both online and in person, helping your property stand out and attract the right buyers quickly.

  • When the sale completes, I’ll arrange the removal of all rented furniture and accessories, leaving the property ready for handover and your own next step.
